qqqqBorn in Cambridge England, Victor came to the United States in 1964 at the age of twelve and began attending school in Santa Barbara County in California. In 1973 he began traveling around the United States pursuing music, ending up in Orlando Florida, his specialty being drums and vocals. Victor began his art career in 1975 in Orange County California, and while still performing taught himself how to paint oil portraits, pencil portraits. Always having been into graphics, he began designing for Southern California-based periodicals and advertising agencies such as Modern Bodybuilding Magazine, Muscle & Fitness, Time Magazine, Flex, Warner Brothers and Disney, among others.

qqqqVictor's fine art pieces have been published by: Art Hang-ups, Burnett Enterprises, World Wide Galleries, all in California.
qqqqIt has also been Victor's privilege to create works for the likes of Valerie Bertinelli, Michael Jackson Productions, Mel Gibson, Danny Glover, Arsenio Hall, David Hasselhoff, Kim Fields, Emmanuel Lewis among many others.

qqqqVictor returned to the Santa Barbara County area in 1994 to eventually become the Graphic Coordinator for the Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez California and for the next five years while also publishing the Lompoc-based community periodical, "The Lompoc Vision."

1980 - 1994: Freelancing in Hollywood California. Created a line of woman's sportswear (Feline Fitness Wear). Created CD covers for Solar Records Burbank, CA. Warner Bro's., Muscle & Fitness, Modern Bodybuilding, GP Color. in Burbank, CA. Responsible for creating Repro-Transparencies, Internegs, Copy Negs, and ran a digital camera.
